How long does bankruptcy last?
My bankruptcy was dicharged in Sept. 2002, I was never more than 3 months late on any accounts including a home loan. When should it come off my credit report and how do you think it will affect my score?

10 years normally. Looks like your's should come off fairly soon. It can take up to 3 months after that before it disappears. Over the next year, you will see your points come up.
