Since it's posted under the Mortgage section, be aware that BK is matter of public records, when it's excluded from your credit report chances are it's still remain on your public records, means that unless you have it vacated/exspunged (or whatever terms) from your public records? The underwriters might still able to find it during their record search, they may or may not care to factor it into their lending decisions.

Ten years. But, you can still work on rebuilding your credit with it on your reports. So be sure to be working on that. First step is to read as much as you can find on how to do it, come back and ask questions if needed.
