How does one keep his "Credit Score" in Poor level?
In so much as a great system to keep ID theives from getting into my financials, how does one keep his credit score in the extremely poor to poor level? And then have it raised when the credit checker provides the necessary password to see the real score?

I don't think that what you are asking is possible. However, all of the credit bureaus have products that will provide credit alerts to inform you of any changes to your credit. Additionally, they have something called credit lock or similar which will literally lock down your credit and the credit bureaus will verify whether a request is/isn't legitimate with you before releasing any informaiton.
