How do I take care of foreclosier with motgage from my separated husband?
Mortgage is in Pennsylvania. I am now in Florida and earning $ 27,000 per year!

If you can't make the mortgage payments, then you'll have to suffer the foreclosure.  You can call and see if they will consider a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, that is on your credit report for 5 years instead of 7, so not quite as bad.  Otherwise, you'll have to wait 7 years from date of foreclosure before it falls off your report.  Sorry it isn't better news.  Best of luck to you.
