How do I remove the credit cards that I don't use and don't have any more from my credit history

Closed accounts stay on your report for 7 years from date it was paid off.  Nothing you can do about that.  If they are older, then write letters to all three credit bureaus and ask them to delete the outdated accounts.

Are the account still open? If so, you'll need to contact your creditors to have the accounts closed. Keep in mind that closing accounts frequently causes your score to decrease.

I never opened a account there it just showed up?
