If the inquiries are fraudulent, go to the websites of the three bureaus and initiate a dispute. If the inquiries are valid (you really applied for credit or service) then they can't be deleted. They will fall off after two years, but they won't affect your credit score after one year.
Sometimes people initiate a hard inquiry without meaning to. It's important to read all the fine print, and if you're required to provide your full social security number that's a big red flag that should tell you hey wait, time to read the fine print. I got dinged with a hard inquiry from Quicken Loans about a year ago because I was trying to get information about rates. I never intended to apply for a loan but I missed something along the way, apparently.
