How do I know when CA will come off credit when OC first default is not shown and OC fell off report
Already disputed to no avail. CA did not sign for registered mail dispute.

Call the credit bureaus and ask them when it is slated to be removed. If the original account was removed due to the seven year time period then the collection associated with that account should have also been removed. It is possible though that the original account was removed for some other reason. If you are unable to get any help or cooperation from the credit bureaus or debt collector then I would contact a consumer law attorney to see what they say. Look for FDCPA attorneys. (fair debt collection practices act) I personally recommend Kimmel & Silverman if they practice in your state.
