You need file a dispute directly with credit bureaus ... But you need a reason(s) and proof to be able to "get rid of it"? Because it don't belong to you, ID theft, mistakenly reported by creditor, collection agency can't verify the debt, you done your part of the "pay for delete" deal, its pass the 7 years reporting date?...ect... You want to get rid of it just because you don't want it on your report? It's not grounds for deletion, other wise we all have perfect credit files.

pay it, its only 79 dollars.  Unless it has been on your report for a long rime then you can consider waiting it out.  When paying ask them for a pay for delete, if they agree get that inwriting
