Is there any negative information in those accounts? If there is then yes they fall off after 7 years. If they were closed in good standing they should stay on your report for 10 years. If they were closed in good standing, DO NOT try to get them removed.

They remain on your account as part of your credit history for 7 years from the date they are paid in full.  That is the information potential creditors look at before granting credit, that is, the previous 7 years credit history.
