10 years is enough

It should come off automatically in the month it was filed, however depending on the credit agency, they may go by the discharge date. If it was to be removed in November, allow one month to pass after November for it to get through their systems, But if it's still there in January, dispute the item with EACH of the credit bureaus for it to be removed. They shoudl see it has been over 10 years and do it without having to research it.  Have a happy credit bump to the new year.
