Dispute Letter

Helpful to 1 out of 2 people

You will have to write a dispute letter stating the items you are disputing, the reason why you are disputing these items, and requesting that the incorrect items be removed from your credit report. Send your dispute letter to the 3 credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) and to the creditor reporting the medical debt; they have 30 days to investigate the dispute.

medical debt

I wrote all the letters called and followed through. They did not put through paperwork to medicaid(which I had at time). They accepted medicaid and that should have been the end to it.
