If it is on your reports here, then it is on one of the three credit bureau reports (and CK is NOT a credit bureau).  Go to annualcreditreport.com and get copies of all three credit reports.  Dispute all wrong information with the credit bureau reporting it.  And check all three reports annually so you can see to it that only correct information is being reported.

You need to dispute directly with each credit reporting agency that is showing incorrect information.  Go to annualcreditreport.com to get your free yearly copies if you haven't already this year, and you can go from there. Each makes it relatively easy to dispute online. (Except Experian, because Experian's the devil.)

Pull your reports directly from the three credit bureaus (transunion, equifax and experian) and see what exactly is listed on them. Then dispute any inaccurate information directly with the credit bureau(s) reporting the incorrect information. Directions on how to dispute are listed on each of the credit bureaus websites.
