I'm going to assume you mean equifax.

You have to go to annualcreditreport.com and get your free copy of your equifax report. Once you have this, you can dispute using your Confirmation Number at the top of your report by going to https://experian.referral.equifax.com/CreditInvestigation/home.action

Fill out the information, and then your report will be pulled with options to perform disputes.  After disputing all errors, submit, wait about a month. You'll get an email (if you entered your email address at the end) with the details.  Credit Karma will update about a week after that.

Its a long process, but worth it.  Once you get the initial "Get Started" out of the way, you can simply sign in again and again with your confirmation number and get your updated credit report.
