It's like a credit score. It is calculated using information from your credit reports. The information included is:

  • The age of your credit history
  • The number of accounts you have in good standing
  • How many payments you've made on time
  • How much of your available credit you're using

Not much data available on how it’s score is formulated. However you can request a Comprehensive Loss Underwritng Exchange (C.L.U.E.) insurance report from LexisNexis, they have both auto and personal property insurance reports, like the big 3, it’s free once every 12 month.
