how can someone with a credit file to thin to generate a score start getting credit on their report?
i have a friend that always pays cash and has 0 credit in her file. how can she start getting her credit improved.

Your friend can try applying for a secured card at her local credit union or even try capital one plantnium card. Usually when denied they will counter offer their secured version. If eligible you can deposit a $49 to a collateral account to obtain a $200 limit.
