How can I up my credit score
Ive had a Auto Loan and pay my car insurance on time and just paid off my auto loan and my kids doctor bills that were on my credit so why hasent my score moved

You need good credit to balance everything out.  You need open current accounts and as you pay them on time, your scores will slowly increase.  To learn more about building good credit, visit www.credit.about.com.  Contrats on the payoffs!

If your credit score still isn't very good, consider getting at least one or two secured credit cards. The open credit cards like that look good on your credit report, more so than a long term loan like a car.
