The only way to do this is to write directly to the dispute departments of all three credit reports.  You can find the address on line.   Usiually there is a slight difference between the inquiries which in many cases is source of the inquiry.  For instance: Your report shows a mortgage inquiry with ABC company and shows it is from a Credit Union, DEF Company shows the same  inquiry but says it is "Miscellanious". This will surely show as a duplicate inquiry from two different companies.  You can write to DEF Company with a copy of the inquiry section of your report and show them that it is a Credit Union.  If they agree to change it, one of them will drop off.
