It will disappear

Bankruptcy usually stays on the credit report for 10 years from the date the bankruptcy is completed, not the date it was filed.  So it could just be a waiting game for a few more months.  I   filked a Chapter 13 some years ago and it definitely took at least 10 years for it to disappear and for my credit to get rebuilt.

And no court keeps completed accounts on their active files.  They have enough to do just keeping up with the current active files.
