how can i pay off my debt if you guys make it so hard to find any of the records?
I've called collection agencies schools and everything here and no one knows anything about what i owe and if that's the case than why is my credit messed up?!

Because the information here is from Transunion and there are often mistakes on credit reports because humans input the data, and humans are imperfect.  Go to annualcreditreport.com and get copies of all three credit reports.  You will look these over very carefully and file disputes on any and all errors with the credit bureau reporting same. All the information needed to locate who is collecting/owed money should be on these reports and, if you don't know who it is, it's likely an error. If you know the bill is legit, then you can contact the creditor (letter only and keep a copy) to possibly negotiate a payment arrangement.
