Contact the billing office of your medical provider to make the arrangements.  There is the possibility of getting the debt reduced or cancelled based on income considerations so it wouldn't hurt to ask.

You make the arrangements with the creditor you owe not CK. This is just a monitoring site, a tool to help you understand your credit.

How old is the medical debt? Is it within the "statute of limitations" to be sued for in your state? When will it fall off your reports? (7 years from the time the medical bill became past due). If the debt is outside the "sol" and due to fall off your reports within a couple years, then you may want to leave it alone. Ask a new question, and tell us how old the debt is, then we can tell you how to proceed. Do some reading about credit before you go any further, many people make BIG MISTAKES when they don't take the time to READ.
