You have to make absolutely sure the accounts are not still within the statute of limitations. This doesn't go by the date you opened the account, but by the date of the last payment or the last attempt to collect. So accounts with last payments made before or on September 23, 2006 should fall off. If you have something that hasn't fallen off and you think it should, then you can dispute in writing with the CRBs but they'll only remove it if it's actually wrong.
