If it is your lein, you will just have to wait at least 7 years from the date the lein was filed for it to disappear.

If it is an error on your credit report, then you should get copies of all three credit reports and file a dispute on this lein with the credit bureau reporting it.  Only by making annual checks of all three credit reports can you hope to have a chance for a good credit score.
