First of all, you need to know which account it was that went to collections. Then, you'll need to contact that company & ask them who has your account now & how you can contact them, they should be able to give you the company name & phone number. Finally, you contact the new company that has your account & set up payment arrangements. If you don't know which account went to collections, just google the name that shows up on your credit reort & you should be able to get a phone number for them that way. Just heads up, most if not all collections agengencies require you set up your payments via ACH debit, aka an automatic withdrawl through your checking ot savings.
