Call your Lender  and ask them what Credit Bureaus they send information to.   Maybe they only send to one and not the other.   You need to ask them.

Some lenders may only report to one credit bureau, some lenders do not report to any credit bureaus. Unfortunately there is no requirement for them to report to all the credit bureaus. The only thing that you could do is to refinance the loans with a lender that reports to all three credit bureaus. You should also consider getting a couple of credit cards that report to all three credit bureaus to help improve your credit even more.
