I own my home but it is not listed in my report anywhere. Is my home that I own free and clear not considered an asset?

Yes it is an Asset, but your Credit Score and Credit History is built with Credit not assets. Best thing you can do that you own it out right is wait 6 months after you purchased it and go to were you bank and look at getting an equity loan line of Credit for 50% of the value. If you are lucky it will go thur. then you can use that loan to do things around the house.
