Help getting a mortgage
My score on here has been 655 for the past 5 months. I have a unsubsidized and a subsidized student loan from the government and a lease. I opened the student loans in 2013. I payed about 350 in September of 2014 before My payments actually began being due. They were set to be due in November. I did not pay again until December due to the high amount I paid in September. They were never overdue. However I just realized I didn't begin paying on one of those until January of this year. I'm trying to get a mortgage and they need 3 lines for a minimum of 1 year. My car will be at a year in September. However I'm not sure when the student loans will be. Credit karma says those loans are over a year old because I opened them in 2013. However I don't know if that's teue or if it would be November when they were officially due, September when I made the payment on the first one, or all the way in January when I paid on the other student loan first. I find this to be ridiculous with the amount of income I have
