This is a very simplistic question, but simply put? Just HAVING cards is not good enough to get you any sort of good credit score. There are a number of other factors.

How long have the cards been open?
How much of the credit line for each individual card are you using?

How much of your total credit are you using?

Do you pay off your cards in full? Do you pay at least the minimums?

Do you have any unpaid loans, or accounts?

Bankruptcy?

You need to research what a credit score is and what goes into it in order to figure out why your score is what it is.
