To first answer your question as it stands, I have not appllied for a car loan in your name.    You really don't give much information in your question.   If you were legally divorced and your ex-husband applied for a loan and used your name either as a co-applicant or co-signer, you need to report this as credit fraud - it probably won't end on that one attempt.   You should dispute the inquiry and possibly the loan to have them removed.   Although, if you were married (even if seperated) using your name on  the application, it is perfectly legal for a spouse to apply and include the othe spouse in the application.  Little you can do if this was the case.
