Since the articles here explain how credit works and how to build your score, it is a good idea to take the time to learn about this.  It is possible that the previously reported credit accounts you had that made your credit score were old and have passed their usable period.  Since only you can see this information, it will be up to you to learn about credit and check out the reports., then make any needed changes to improve your score.
