Got my new social security number no credit at all
I opened up a bank account and a secured credit card but its been 2 weeks and nothing has popped up. I got a new social due to identity theft and religious reasons.

you typcially need six months of credit history in order to obtain a score. bank accounts do not show up on your credit. secured card might. did you make sure they report to the credit agencies? if they do, i'd give it 30-60 days and recheck.
