Getting the phone numbers for collection companys
I would like to call the collections accounts on my credit report and make arrangements to pay them off

The credit report should have contact information for the creditors/agencies in their respective entries. If not, you can dispute the entry and the response should have that info in it.

Please be sure to spend some time reading about how to deal with collection accounts on your credit reports. Read about "pay for delete agreements". Read about the "seven year fall off time". Read about the "statute of limitations" to be sued for this type of debt. Understand that simply paying collections may not do much for your credit if the account is not removed. Keep in mind that in some cases collections are best left alone. Entering payment plans with debt collectors is usually not a good idea and can drag out your headaches. Read the FDCPA (fair debt collection practices act) as well to make sure the debt collectors are following the laws. There is a lot to consider here. Please do some serious reading on how to handle this. Use extreme caution contacting debt collectors, what you say can be held against you and they will try to trick you in any way that they can.
