gerdening club on credit karma?
Just to explain what gardening is....after you receive certain cards (Barclay, Chase, whatever cards you applied for) it is best to let your credit report cool off for a bit while maintaining low utilization. The reason for this is so that the creditor does not get see a bunch of inquiries after they have granted you credit and so that your score can improve as much as possible from those cards. A quick search on Google will reveal that companies like Barclay are extremely sensitive to inquiries and new credit after an account is newly opened with them. For this reason gardening is extremely important to credit........My history of gardening is as follows. bankruptcy discharged November 2011, obtained capitol one secured (300) same month fico score of 557, November 2012 obtained capitol one platinum (500) and car loan(17,000), credit score 618. this month obtained Barclay rewards card 1300 limit reconed to 2700 fico 705. I will apply for nothing for a minimum of 6 months.
