false loan charge
I was contacted by a collections agency today regarding a payday loan they said I took out in Sept. of 2009. They had all of my correct information from that period, but during that time I lost my job two months prior to when this loan was taken out and never even considered using theses type of services. I came to check my credit report and there is no record of this loan on my report. If I got a loan and didn't pay it back shouldn't there be some type of information regarding that on my credit report.
