Until your ex refinances the mortgage into her name alone, you are on the hook legally for the mortgage payment and nothing you can do to get it off your credit.  It doesn't matter what the divorce decree says - that is a document between you and your ex, it doesn't involve your mortgage company.  She must get it refinanced into her name alone, that is the only way to get yourself off it.  You can haul her into court for violating the divorce decree if you want to pay for an attorney, etc.  Sorry!
