how can I get a equity loan against the home I own with a score of 600?

Most home loans require a 620 score. If your debt isn't that much as you say, then concentrate on paying as much as you can on your highest interest loan, making minimum payments on the others. Once the highest interest loan is paid, throw all of that payment money towards the next highest interest loan, and so on.  Your goal is to never pay interest, as it's wasted money. Only charge what you can comfortably afford to pay off, and live below your means to save and invest funds.
