Does paying off a personal loan, non mortgage, help or hurt your credit?
I have a personal loan that was paid off with an insurance claim. It was about $2200.00 Will this hurt me in my home buying process? I do have credit cards that I am maintaing and a car loan. Will this suffice in keeping my score the same or will it hurt it? It is the account I have had on my credit for the longest amount of time.
