Depends on what credit score models you looking at. In FICO? The impact of inquiry to its scoring models supposedly only lasts 12 months, so when the inquiry(s) are removed after 24 months, your FICO scores shouldn't change. In VantageScore3? Some people believe the impact lasts entire 24 months, so your score in that model could potentially goes up, tho I wouldn't expect much unless you have 5 drop off at same months. Unfortunately, there rarely are a simple yes and no answer when comes to credit score movements.
