Does having a cosigner affect the required down payment?
My credit score is 563(According to Credit Karma) and i have good cosigner(750+), is there any way my required down payment would be anything less that $1,000?

Doubtful.  If you have to have a cosigner, you are deemed a credit risk and the creditor is going to want to cover all risks as much as possible.  Hope you keep up your end of the bargain, because, if you don't, whoever is cosigning for you is going to end up with damaged credit and that will mean a seriously damaged relationship.
