does closing credit cards affect my credit score?
does closing credit cards affect my credit score? since i am young i am trying to build my credit and i would open accounts that would easily give me cards butow i hardly use them, should i close them or keep accounts open?

Keep them open! Closing them will most likely cause harm to your credit. If you really want to build and maintain good credit, the first and most important step is plenty of reading on the subject.

Please take the time to read the articles to learn how credit works.  DO NOT close credit cards unless you want your score to drop.Just keep them in a safe p;ace and use occasionally to keep your score up.
