Does anyone know how the insurance scores are calculated.
With credit scores there are all different types of scoring models. The different scoring models have names and you came see how they are broken down to come up with your score. Does anyone know what are the most important factors in calculating a person insurance score are?

From what I can find out, FICO and ChoicePoint are the most well-known providers of insurance scores.  Can't find the formula they use, but they use same categories as FICO, i.e. credit history, utilization, inquiries, payment history and mix of credit.  Hope this helps!
