No phone number but you could go to help.CreditKarma.com.  With you and son having the same name, you are both going to have to check your credit reports annually and dispute any wrong entries which are bound to show up.  That is going to be just one of those little annoyances you'll have to put up with.

Credit Karma cannot make changes to your credit reports, nor do they have a phone number. If you are having some trouble related to setting up an account here, you can contact Credit Karma via email through the HELP CENTER. For any issues regarding the information on your credit reports, you have to contact the credit bureaus. Transunion, Equifax and Experian all have websites.
