As long as they are reported, and report a credit limit, then it would most likely be treated the same.

If they are viewed by agencies the same as if they were full-fledged credit cards, it seems they would negatively affect my credit score -- since the credit limits are generally going to be small and the balances high. But, on the flip side, I would be less likely to carry a balance into subsequent months. Anyone have any additional thoughts?
