Do I notify the credit bureau if my wife passes away and the credit accounts were in her name
my wife was the signee. none of the cards were in my name.

Sorry for your loss.  You do not notify the credit bureaus, just the companies that she had credit with, and enclose a photocopy of the death certificate with this notice.

If there are balances owed on the accounts, you should consult with an estate attorney first to see what they advise.
