Do credit builder loans help only low scores?
I achieved a high credit score (780+) strictly through credit cards, and am advised to have a better mix of credit to still improve that. I know credit builder loans are recommended for those just starting to build credit or repairing credit. Could they help to solidify a credit score for someone with high credit? It takes a hard credit pull (ding), then the payments are reported to mix the type of debt separate from a credit card (theoretically a plus). Has this ever helped anyone with a high score, who's trying to solidify it?
