Do all credit inquiries hurt your credit score?
I plan on purchasing a used car for cash. But, the dealer says they need to check my identity with an Ofac inquiry. Would this be considered a "soft" inquiry and would it hurt my credit score?

Google "Ofac inquiry"

Doing some quick reading I would say this is neither a Hard or Soft Inquire.

This looks like the best read about OFAC.
