Disputed several bogus accounts which were subsequently removed
Identity theft (medical bills).... after disputing these all were 'removed' but now they're listed under removed collections. Um. Yeah. What am I missing?

The credit bureaus do not have a "removed collections" category on your reports, so don't worry about it. That is only something Credit Karma does and no lender will see what you have on here. Pull your reports directly from the credit bureaus to be sure of what is on them if you wish.
