Dispute resolved But credit score dropped over 30 points???
My wife disputed an account that was not ours, a Comcast account went to collections and dropped her credit score. We disputed because we have never had Comcast so this must be a mistake. The account came up as disputed resolved but the credit score dropped over 30 points. How can this be, especially if the account wasn't ours in the first place?

Still on your report?

If it's still on your report, it is still affecting your score.

It should have been deleted completely after the dispute.

If not, then file another dispute to have it removed.
