Dispute a hard inquiry
Can I dispute a hard inquiry if I asked beforehand if they were going to run a soft or a hard inquiry and they said soft? AKA they lied and ran a hard inquiry instead.

Probably not worth your time or aggravation, you can try, but don't expect results in your favor. Disputing Inquiries has a low success rate. Not much damage from an inquiry anyway and they are only on your reports for two years. As I said, give it a try, you might get lucky.
