Derogatory Marks changed, credit score/grade did not.
I had two derogatory marks on my account (both for under $200) and I recently paid them in full. One of the marks has dropped off my report card, but my score didn't change. My grade (which I know doesn't mean anything) did change from a C to a B. Why didn't the decrease in derogatory mark improve my credit score?
