What exactly is your question? I assume you think a creditor listed on your report is listed there in error. In that case go to annualcreditreport.com and get a copy of your credit report for free. Dispute the item using the online tools at each of the three credit bureaus. They will investigate and either remove the item or request additional information from your, or refuse to remove it as the creditor positively identified it as yours.

Disputes over the quality of the goods are services you received are handled in the courts, not on your credit report, although once a suit is filed the item can be removed during the litigation.
